I have been practicing massage therapy for the last ten years of my life. In this time, I have developed my own personal style of massage that I express from my knowledge of many different traditional techniques like Hawaiian Lomi Massage, Nuad Boran Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, and Neuromuscular Massage.
Now that I am in my tenth year, I am beginning my teaching journey as the director and instructor of Gadsden School of Massage & The Healing Arts. My compassion for others will be evident in my teaching style as I truly want my students to succeed and feel confident in their practice.
I am active in our downtown historic district and our local historical society. I care deeply about this city, its preservation, and the people in our community. I am also a proud mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. You can catch me in a Pilates class, a yoga class, or socializing at most local events.
